Description of gantry welding manipulator:
- The frame structure of gantry consists of walking beam, column and upper platform. Gantry adopts square pine and channel steel structure, process stress relieving, with strong and stable structure.
- Each of walking beams is driven by a motor reducer, forming a double-drive system, which makes the operation smooth and reliable.
- The moving of gantry is frequency speed adjust controlled, the welding speed can be adjusted according to welding technology requirement.
- Mainly used for offshore wind tower, monopile, offshore wind tower foundation, jacket and so on heavy type job automated welding.
- According to the requirement, it can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device.
